Common Item Questions & Easy-to-Miss Details

Some item questions come up again and again — not because anything went wrong, but because certain items are easy to overlook when unboxing.

This article covers the most common item-related situations we see, so you can quickly double-check before assuming something is missing.

Missing Wooden Palette

The wooden palette is:

  • Folded flat

  • Packed next to the metal clip

Because it’s flat and blends in with other items, it’s often overlooked.


Missing Waterbrushes

Each Watercolor Kit includes:

  • 1 standard waterbrush inside the kit's box

The 4 extra waterbrushes are only included when purchasing the 2 Sets + 1 x 4 Extra Waterbrushes special offer.

If you purchased:

  • Two individual kits → you will receive one single brush per kit

  • The special offer → you will receive 1 x four additional brushes

Pre-sketched pages

The pre-sketched illustrations is what we call Workbooks:

  • These are books with pre-sketched/illustrated pages

  • These are not included in the standard Watercolor Kit

Workbook are only included when purchasing a Special Bundle.

All other workbooks must be added separately to your order. ORDER HERE.

Guide/Manual

The watercolor guide:

  • Is digital

  • Is accessed by scanning the QR code inside your instructions

  • Is not a printed booklet

I bought one item thinking it was a different one

Some products on the website look similar but are sold separately, including:

  • Kits vs bundles

  • Blank sketchbooks vs illustrated workbooks

  • Single sets vs special offers

Before ordering, it’s always best to check:

  • The product title

  • The product description

  • The “What’s included” section

I think an item is missing, (but it was actually in the package)

Some items are:

  • Packed together with other items

  • Placed inside the shipping bag rather than inside the main box

  • Smaller and easy to overlook during unboxing

Before discarding any packaging, please check:

  • Inside the shipping bag

  • Between items inside the box

  • Under or next to larger items

you still believe an item is genuinely missing from your order, you can submit a request through our Return Center.

Please select the option Missing Item Request. Once our team reviews your submission, they will then cancel the "return & refund" and send you a replacement of the missing item instead. Use the description box when you are submitting your case if you need us to ship the items to a different address than the one provided at checkout when you made your order.
