Received a blank sketchbook?
Have a look at your order confirmation email. If it says "Sketchbook", your kit came with the blank pages you ordered, and you can add a Beginner Workbook anytime from our shop.
If your order says "Workbook" and you received a blank sketchbook instead, please submit a request through our Return Center with your order details and a photo of what you received, ideally within 7 days of delivery: https://tobioskits.com/apps/parcelpanel-returns/
Once our team confirms it, we'll send you the correct item free of charge. You won't need to send the sketchbook back unless we ask.
