1. Check your order confirmation
- It lists only a workbook: Your order confirmation indicates that you purchased the workbook separately. If you expected a complete kit, please review the selected product option or contact our support team for clarification. - It lists the Watercolor Kit: part of your order may still be on its way.
2. Check for a second package

3. Still missing?
If your order includes the kit and nothing else is on its way, contact us with your order number and one photo of everything you received: https://tobioskits.com/pages/contact
Our team will review your order and check whether the Watercolor Kit was shipped separately. If we confirm that the kit was missing from your shipment, we'll arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
