How do I request a return or exchange?

1. Email support@callixe.com with your order number and reason for return 2. Wait for return instructions and address confirmation 3. Do I pay for return shipping?

Yes. Return shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer. Only items returned to our provided return address will be accepted.

Are there conditions for returns?

To be eligible, items must be in original packaging. We do not accept returns that have been sent to intermediary shipping centers or without prior approval. Items processed under warranty or exchange are no longer eligible for refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. We’ll notify you once your refund has been approved. Please note: all shipping costs are non-refundable.

What is covered under the lifetime warranty?

Our optional lifetime warranty covers functional issues and manufacturing defects—at no extra cost if you’re enrolled. You’ll just need to show proof of the defect with a photo or video. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll offer a free reshipment. Items processed under warranty or exchange are no longer eligible for refund.

What if my item is defective, damaged, or incorrect?

Please inspect your item upon delivery. If it’s damaged or not what you ordered, send us a photo and we’ll resolve it. You can choose a refund or replacement. If damage occurs after use and you’re under warranty, we’ll gladly replace your item.

Can I exchange my product?

Yes. To start an exchange, contact support@callixe.com. You’ll receive a return address and instructions. Once we receive your item, your replacement will be prioritized. Please note: Return/exchange shipping fees are not covered, and a 10% restocking fee may apply if the item is returned in used or damaged condition. Items processed under warranty or exchange are no longer eligible for refund.
