  1. Email support@callixe.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  2. Wait for return instructions and address confirmation

  3. Ship the item using a trackable service to the address provided.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Important Notes:

  • Returns are only accepted within our 90-day money-back guarantee period, unless your product includes an extended warranty.

  • If you purchased a warranty, your coverage applies only to replacements/repairs, not refunds past the 90-day guarantee window.

  • Items that have already been replaced or processed under warranty/exchange are no longer eligible for refunds.

  • Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected or delayed.
