Yes. To start an exchange, contact support@callixe.com. You’ll receive a return address and instructions. Once we receive your item, your replacement will be prioritized. Please note: Return/exchange shipping fees are not covered, and a 10% restocking fee may apply if the item is returned in used or damaged condition.

Items processed under warranty or exchange are no longer eligible for refund.
