What if my item is defective, damaged, or incorrect?

Please inspect your item upon delivery. If it’s damaged or not what you ordered, send us a photo and we’ll resolve it. You can choose a refund or replacement. If damage occurs after use and you’re under warranty, we’ll gladly replace your item.
