Opening the packaging to inspect your items doesn't automatically make them non-returnable, as long as they stay unused, in their original condition and complete. However, certain products, such as consumable materials within kits, may be non-returnable once opened, unless they're defective.
How will I know if an item can't be returned once opened? Any such limitations will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase, on the relevant product page. If you're unsure, please check the product page before you order, or contact us and our team will be happy to help.
What about items I've used? Under our voluntary 60-day return policy, products that have been used, consumed or altered are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. For example, paint squeezed into the palette or a sketchbook you've painted in counts as used.
What if the item is defective? Defective, damaged or incorrect items are handled differently. Please submit a request through our Return Center with your order details and clear photos showing the issue: https://tobioskits.com/apps/parcelpanel-returns/ Once our team confirms the issue, we'll arrange a free replacement of the affected item or send the correct item.
