For a change-of-mind return, "unused" means your items are still in the condition you received them, with nothing painted, filled or used up. You're welcome to open the box to inspect your items, and opening it to look inside doesn't make them used.
What does my item need to be returnable? Under our Return Policy, products must be:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- Complete, with all original packaging and components.
- Still carrying their identification stickers.
Bundles must be returned in full.
What counts as used? Products that have been used, consumed or altered are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. For example:
- Paint squeezed into the palette.
- Painting in the sketchbook or workbook.
If an item comes back in diminished condition, for example with missing components or used materials, we may deduct an amount reflecting the reduction in value.
What if my item is faulty? If an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, that's not a change-of-mind return. Please submit a request through our Return Center with clear photos showing the issue: https://tobioskits.com/apps/parcelpanel-returns/ Once our team confirms the issue, we'll arrange a free replacement of the affected item or send the correct item.
