The 60-day window for change-of-mind returns starts on the date you purchased your order, not the date it was delivered.
How do I count the 60 days? Count from the order date on your order confirmation email. For example, if you placed your order on March 1, your 60 days start on March 1, even if the package arrived a couple of weeks later. Your return request needs to be submitted in our Return Center within that period: https://tobioskits.com/apps/parcelpanel-returns/
What else do I need to know?
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging, components and identification stickers. You're welcome to open the box to inspect them.
- Bundles must be returned in full.
- Once your request is approved, you'll receive an RMA number, the return address and instructions. Please ship the items within 7 days of approval.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you.
Received a damaged, defective or wrong item? That's not a change-of-mind return. Please submit a request through our Return Center with clear photos. We encourage you to report it within 7 days of delivery, so our team can resolve it as quickly as possible.
