Yes! You're welcome to open the box to inspect your kit and still request a return. However, for a change-of-mind return, the kit must remain unused, complete, and in its original condition.
Your kit can be returned if:

Your return request is submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date, not the delivery date.

The kit is unused. For example, no paint has been squeezed into the palette, and no painting has been done in the sketchbook.

All original packaging, components, and identification stickers are included.

Any bundles are returned in full.
Please note that used products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
What if something is wrong with my kit?
If your kit arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, it will be handled differently from a change-of-mind return.
Please submit a request through our Return Center with clear photos of the issue, preferably within 7 days of delivery.
Our support team will review your request and provide the appropriate resolution.

Once your return is approved, you'll receive an RMA number, return address, and shipping instructions.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
