We're sorry it didn't turn out the way you hoped. A workbook or sketchbook that has been painted in counts as used, so it isn't eligible for a change-of-mind return under our voluntary 60-day return policy.
Is something wrong with it? If your workbook or sketchbook has a defect, for example pages tearing or the binding coming apart, that's handled differently from a change-of-mind return:
- Submit a request through our Return Center with your order details and clear photos showing the issue: https://tobioskits.com/apps/parcelpanel-returns/
- Report it early. We encourage you to report issues within 7 days of delivery.
- Wait for our review. Once our team confirms the issue, we'll arrange a free replacement of the affected item. You won't be required to return the original unless our team specifically asks.

Are the pre-sketched lines very faint? Faint lines in our workbooks are intentional. See "Why are the sketches in my workbook so faint?"
Haven't painted in it yet? An unused workbook or sketchbook can be returned within 60 days of purchase, in its original condition, with all original packaging and identification stickers. If it was part of a bundle, the bundle must be returned in full. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you.
These conditions don't affect your applicable statutory consumer rights.
