The pre-sketched Beginner Workbook is an optional add-on and is not automatically included with every Watercolor Kit.
If you purchased a kit as a gift and expected the Beginner Workbook, here's how to check what was included in your order.
Check your order details
The person who placed the order can review the order confirmation email to check which kit or bundle option was selected.
If the order includes the Beginner Workbook but the recipient received a blank sketchbook instead, please contact our support team with:

A photo of the items received.

A brief explanation of what appears to be missing or incorrect.

What if I'd prefer to return the kit?
If the kit isn't what you expected, you may request a change-of-mind return within 60 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify:

The kit must be unused and in its original condition.

All original packaging, components, and identification stickers must be included.

Any bundles must be returned in full.
