If your order has been delivered
You may request a return within 60 days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

To start a return:

Submit your request through our Return Center using your order number and email address. Supporting photos may also be requested.

Once approved, you'll receive an RMA number, return address, and shipping instructions.

Ship your return within 7 days of approval using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.
