Who pays for return shipping? Do you send a return label?

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not provide prepaid return labels.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, our support team will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution. In many cases, returning the original item may not be necessary.

Changed your mind?#

1. Submit your return request through our Return Center within 60 days of the original purchase date: https://tobioskits.com/apps/parcelpanel-returns/

2. Once approved, you'll receive an RMA number, return address, and shipping instructions.

3. Ship your return within 7 days of approval, including the RMA number inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Add your tracking number in the Return Center.

Please note that returns sent without an approved RMA cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?#

Submit a request through our Return Center with clear photos of the issue, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Depending on the circumstances, a replacement or another appropriate resolution may be offered.

Please do not return the item unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so.

Approved refunds will be processed according to our Return Policy.

Any applicable refund of original shipping charges or Shipping Insurance fees will depend on the circumstances and our refund policy.
