Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the item you'd like to remove. Our team will check whether the change is still possible.
Before your order is fulfilled

- Our team will review your request and confirm by email.
- If the item is successfully removed, we'll process the applicable refund to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect the funds.
We prepare orders quickly, so we can't guarantee a change once warehouse processing has started.
Already fulfilled?
A fulfilled order can't be changed. Once it arrives, you can request a return of the items you don't need through our Return Center, subject to our Return Policy: https://tobioskits.com/apps/parcelpanel-returns/
Items need to be unused, with all original packaging, and bundles are returned in full. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you.
