If your cancellation is approved and successfully processed, any applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
If your order has already shipped
Once your order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your order arrives after your event and you no longer need it, you may request a change-of-mind return, subject to our Return Policy.
How to request a return
You may submit a return request within 60 days of the original purchase date, provided that:

The kit is unused and in its original condition.

All original packaging, components, and identification stickers are included.

Once your return is approved, you'll receive an RMA number, return address, and shipping instructions.
