If you wish to cancel, please contact us at info@tobioshop.com within 6 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may already be processing and we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.
If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you can wait for it to arrive and request a return within 60 days of delivery.
