We prepare orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible, so please contact us right away if you need to cancel or change your order.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
- ✅ If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet: We can assist with cancellation requests or review modifications, such as changing an item, adjusting quantities, or updating your shipping address.
- ❌ If your order has already been fulfilled: Unfortunately, we can no longer cancel or modify it.
Please note that order modifications are not guaranteed, especially once warehouse processing has started.
How do I request a cancellation or modification?

- Include your order number and clearly explain what you'd like to cancel or change.
- Our team will review your request and confirm whether it can be completed.
For cancellations: If your order is eligible and the cancellation is confirmed, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days. Your bank may take another 5 to 7 business days to reflect the refund.
For modifications: Our team will check whether the requested changes are possible before fulfillment and confirm any additional costs, if applicable.
What if my order has already been fulfilled?
Once your order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
After receiving your package, you can submit a return request through our Return Center, subject to our Return Policy:
