If the pages tear easily or the binding comes apart, please let us know so our team can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we'll arrange a free replacement or another applicable resolution.
How to report the issue?
- Go to our Return Center and enter your order number and email: https://tobioskits.com/apps/parcelpanel-returns/
- Select the sketchbook and choose the reason that best describes the issue.
- Add clear photos of the torn pages or the binding.
Please submit your request as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery. You generally won't need to return the original item unless our team specifically requests it.
