We're sorry to hear that your wooden palette has split apart! 💙
If your palette has separated along a seam, split through the wood, or broken into pieces, please stop using it and contact our support team so we can review the issue.
What's the difference between a split and a crack?
-
Crack: A visible line or opening in the wood where the palette may still remain in one piece.
-
Split: The wood has separated significantly, or part of the palette has come apart.
Both situations should be reported if they affect the palette's condition or usability.
