Create a Return or Exchange

You can request a return within 60 days from the purchase date.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all components included, as well as their identification labels.. Bundles must be returned in full.

1. Visit our Return Center and submit your return request using your order number and email address.

2. Include a photo of the items received and wait for your request to be reviewed.

3. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions and return address.

4. Ship the product(s) back to us within 7 days of approval.

Important: You must receive an RMA number before sending your return. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted under any circumstance and will not be eligible for a refund.

Note: You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Tobio’s is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
