You can request a return within 60 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all components included.
Bundles must be returned in full.
To start a return, email us at info@tobioshop.com with your name, order number, the reason for the return, and a photo of the items you received, our team will then send you all the return instructions.
Please notice that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
