Yes! If you'd prefer not to keep your kit because the sketchbook is blank, you may request a change-of-mind return under our voluntary 60-day Return Policy, provided the kit is unused and meets the applicable return conditions.

Received the wrong workbook? If your order confirmation shows that the Beginner Workbook was included but you received a blank sketchbook instead, please submit a request through our Return Center with your order details and a clear photo of the items received.
Once our team verifies the issue, we'll arrange to send the correct item at no additional cost. You generally won't need to return the incorrect item unless our team requests it.

Return conditions
- Within the applicable 60-day return period, subject to our Return Policy.
- Unused and in original condition, with all packaging, components and identification stickers. Bundles are returned in full.
- Under our voluntary return policy, the kit must remain unused. You may open the packaging to inspect the contents, but painting in the sketchbook or using the paints may affect eligibility for a change-of-mind return.
- Return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a trackable method.
How to return it
- Submit a request in our Return Center with your order number, email and a photo: https://tobioskits.com/apps/parcelpanel-returns/
- Once approved, you'll receive an RMA number, the return address and instructions.
- Ship it within 7 days of approval with the RMA inside, and add your tracking in the Return Center.
- Once your returned items have been inspected and your return is approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.
