Need to make changes to your order? We're here to help, but please act quickly as orders are processed fast.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You can request a cancellation if your order hasn't shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and you'll need to wait to receive it and then follow our return process.
To cancel your order: Contact our support team immediately with your order number. We'll do our best to cancel it before it ships.
Can I Modify My Order?
If your order hasn't shipped, we may be able to:
- Change the shipping address
- Update contact information
We cannot:
- Add items to an existing order (please place a new order)
- Change lamp colors or variants (please cancel and reorder)
My Order Already Shipped
If your order has already shipped:
- Wrong address? Contact us immediately - we may be able to intercept the package depending on its location
- Want to cancel? You'll need to wait for delivery and then request a return
- Need a different product? Request an exchange once you receive your order
