Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Important information for international orders.
What Are Customs Duties and Taxes?
When ordering internationally, your package may be subject to:
- Import duties - Fees charged by your country's customs authority
- VAT/GST - Value-added or goods and services tax
- Customs processing fees - Administrative fees charged by carriers
These are set by your local government, not by Jellyflow.
Who Pays These Fees?
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees that may apply to international orders. These charges are not included in your order total and will be collected separately.
When Are Fees Charged?
Duties and taxes are typically collected:
- Upon delivery by the carrier
- Before package release from customs
- Charged to the recipient, not the sender
How Much Will I Pay?
Rates vary by country and product type. We cannot predict exact amounts as they're determined by your local customs authority.
Tips for International Orders
- Check your country's duty-free threshold
- Be aware fees may apply before delivery
- Contact your local customs office for specific rate information
- Ensure your phone number is correct so carriers can reach you
Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused or returned, contact support to confirm the parcel status and the correct return route. Refusing delivery alone does not confirm that the parcel has been returned or that a refund has been completed.
Use the current refund policy and verified circumstances of the particular order to confirm the available remedy and any applicable return arrangement. Do not assume an automatic refund deduction or promise a refund from a refusal alone.
