How to Request a Return

Ready to return your Jellyflow lamp? Here's how to get started.

Step 1: Contact Us

Reach out to our support team with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos if applicable (for damaged items)

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

We'll review your request and send you:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping address
  • Any specific instructions for packing your lamp

Step 3: Pack Your Lamp Safely

  • Use the original packaging if possible
  • If original packaging isn't available, use a sturdy box with plenty of padding
  • Wrap the lamp and jellyfish separately to prevent damage
  • Include all original accessories and parts

Step 4: Ship Your Return

  • Use a trackable shipping method
  • Keep your tracking number and receipt
  • Ship within 7 days of receiving return authorization

Step 5: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved returns are refunded within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds go to your original payment method
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when processed
