How to Request a Return
Ready to return your Jellyflow lamp? Here's how to get started.
Step 1: Contact Us
Reach out to our support team with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos if applicable (for damaged items)
Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
We'll review your request and send you:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping address
- Any specific instructions for packing your lamp
Step 3: Pack Your Lamp Safely
- Use the original packaging if possible
- If original packaging isn't available, use a sturdy box with plenty of padding
- Wrap the lamp and jellyfish separately to prevent damage
- Include all original accessories and parts
Step 4: Ship Your Return
- Use a trackable shipping method
- Keep your tracking number and receipt
- Ship within 7 days of receiving return authorization
Step 5: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved returns are refunded within 5-7 business days
- Refunds go to your original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation when processed
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Within 30 days of delivery
- In original condition with all parts included
- Not damaged through misuse
