How to Request a Return
Ready to return or resolve a Jellyflow order? Contact us first so we can give the correct option for your situation.
Step 1: Contact Us
Reach out with:
- Your order number if available
- The reason for the return or refund request
- Photos/video if the item is defective, wrong, damaged, or missing
Step 2: We Review the Correct Resolution Path
Depending on the case, we may offer:
- Replacement
- 50% refund while keeping the item
- Full-value store credit
- Full refund when approved, with the applicable processing fee
For many cases, you do not need to send the original item back unless our team specifically gives return instructions.
Return Window
Standard Jellyflow return requests should be made within 30 days of delivery.
Step 3: Team Finalization
A support team member will confirm the final option, any fee or store-credit terms, and the next step before anything is processed.
Important Notes
- Do not ship anything back until support gives instructions.
- Keep any photos, packaging, accessories, or tracking information if the item arrived damaged, wrong, defective, or incomplete.
- Refunds are only confirmed once they are processed in our payment system.
