Missing, Wrong, or Damaged Items

Received something that isn't right? We're sorry for the inconvenience and will make it right.

Damaged Items

If your lamp arrived damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damage and packaging immediately
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number and photos in your message
  4. Keep the packaging until we resolve the issue

We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong lamp or color:

  1. Contact us with your order number
  2. Send a photo of what you received
  3. Keep the item until we provide return instructions

We'll send the correct item and arrange for the wrong item to be returned at our expense.

Missing Items or Parts

If items are missing from your order:

  1. Check all packaging thoroughly - parts may be tucked in foam or corners
  2. Verify your order confirmation to see what should be included
  3. Contact us with your order number and what's missing

Standard Jellyflow lamp should include:

  • Lamp base with motor
  • Tank/cylinder
  • Jellyfish (quantity depends on model)
  • Power adapter
  • Setup instructions

We'll ship any missing parts right away.

Arrived Broken During Shipping

Jellyfish lamps are fragile. If yours arrived broken:

  • Document with photos before discarding packaging
  • Contact us immediately
  • We'll send a replacement at no cost
