Exchanges - Different Color or Model

Want a different color or model of your Jellyflow lamp? We can help with a simple exchange.

Exchange Window

Preference exchange requests should be made within 30 days of delivery.

How Preference Exchanges Work

For color, model, or version changes by preference:

  1. Contact us with what you ordered and what you want instead.
  2. Our team checks availability and confirms the correct exchange path.
  3. If approved, you can usually keep the original item.
  4. We send a small processing/shipping invoice before the replacement is processed.

Standard Exchange Fees

  • Orders under $100: $10 processing fee, plus standard replacement shipping when applicable.
  • Orders $100 or more: 10% processing fee, plus standard replacement shipping when applicable.

Wrong, Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item, a defective item, or something is missing, do not use the preference-exchange fee path. Send photos or video evidence and our team will review it for the correct free replacement or refund path.

What We Need

Please include:

  • Your order number if available
  • The item you received
  • The color/model/version you want instead
  • The reason for the exchange
  • Photos/video if the issue is wrong, damaged, defective, or missing
