Want a different color or model of your Jellyflow lamp? We can help you exchange it.
How Exchanges Work
- Contact us with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for
- We'll check availability of your desired color/model
- If available, we'll provide exchange instructions
- Ship back your item and we'll send the replacement
Exchange Requirements
Items must be:
- Within 30 days of delivery
- In original condition with all parts
- In original packaging (preferred)
What Can Be Exchanged?
- Different lamp color
- Different lamp model/size
- Different jellyfish style (if applicable)
Color/Model Not Available?
If your desired option is out of stock, you have options:
- Return for a refund
- Wait for restock (if expected soon)
- Choose a different available option
Price Differences
- Same price: Straight exchange, no additional payment
- New item costs more: You'll pay the difference
- New item costs less: We'll refund the difference
Processing Time
- Returns typically take 5-7 business days to process after we receive them
- Replacement items ship once your return is received and approved
