What is NOT covered under the Lifetime Guarantee?

Our Lifetime Guarantee is about as broad as it gets — but there are a few things it doesn't cover: - Lost or stolen items — if your ring goes missing, we're unable to replace it under the guarantee - Purposeful damage — intentional damage isn't covered - Damage caused by unauthorised modification — if the ring has been altered or worked on by a third party, the guarantee is void That's genuinely it. Everything else — wear and tear, breakage, finish fading, manufacturer defects — is covered. One more thing worth knowing: ETRNL operates a fair use policy within the Lifetime Guarantee. We reserve the right to reject claims if the policy is being abused. For the overwhelming majority of customers, this will never apply. Not sure if your issue is covered? Yes, absolutely. Silicone ring breakage including snapping, tearing, or splitting is covered under the ETRNL Lifetime Guarantee. Silicone rings are designed to be flexible and active-lifestyle-ready, but they can snap under enough force and that's actually a safety feature, not a flaw. That said, if yours has given out under normal use, we'll replace it. To make a claim: Email support@etrnl.com.au with your name, order number, and a photo of the damaged ring. We'll get a replacement out to you. A note on sizing: If your silicone ring is snapping more frequently than you'd expect, it may be slightly too small and under tension. My ring's gold or black finish has worn off — what are my options?

Finish wear on tungsten and other metal rings is covered under our Lifetime Guarantee under our fading and plating policy — so yes, we'll sort you out. A bit of context: The gold and black finishes on our tungsten rings are applied through a process called PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) coating. It's one of the most durable finishes available but over time particularly with daily wear, exposure to chemicals or abrasive surfaces it can show wear. This is normal for any PVD-coated ring, regardless of brand or price point. What we'll do: Reach out to us at support@etrnl.com.au with your name, order number, and a photo showing the finish wear. We'll assess the claim and arrange a replacement.
