Our Lifetime Guarantee is about as broad as it gets — but there are a few things it doesn't cover:

Lost or stolen items — if your ring goes missing, we're unable to replace it under the guarantee

Purposeful damage — intentional damage isn't covered

Damage caused by unauthorised modification — if the ring has been altered or worked on by a third party, the guarantee is void
That's genuinely it. Everything else — wear and tear, breakage, finish fading, manufacturer defects — is covered.
One more thing worth knowing: ETRNL operates a fair use policy within the Lifetime Guarantee. We reserve the right to reject claims if the policy is being abused. For the overwhelming majority of customers, this will never apply.
