A bit of context: The gold and black finishes on our tungsten rings are applied through a process called PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) coating. It's one of the most durable finishes available but over time particularly with daily wear, exposure to chemicals or abrasive surfaces it can show wear. This is normal for any PVD-coated ring, regardless of brand or price point.
What we'll do: Reach out to us at support@etrnl.com.au with your name, order number, and a photo showing the finish wear. We'll assess the claim and arrange a replacement.
To get the most out of your finish:

Remove your ring before swimming in chlorinated pools or the ocean
