Silicone rings are designed to be flexible and active-lifestyle-ready, but they can snap under enough force and that's actually a safety feature, not a flaw. That said, if yours has given out under normal use, we'll replace it.
To make a claim: Email support@etrnl.com.au with your name, order number, and a photo of the damaged ring. We'll get a replacement out to you.
A note on sizing: If your silicone ring is snapping more frequently than you'd expect, it may be slightly too small and under tension. Let us know when you reach out and we can help you find the right fit for the replacement.
