Your order confirmation email is your receipt. We send it once your order is accepted, and it shows the products you bought, the price and your shipping information.
How do I find my order confirmation email?
- Search your inbox. Search for "Tobios" or "Tobios Kits" in the email account you used at checkout.
- Check other folders. Look in your spam, junk or promotions folders.
- Check other email addresses. You may have used a different email at checkout, such as a work email or Apple ID.

Is there a receipt in the package?
No. We don't include an invoice or prices in the package, which keeps gifts a surprise.
