Your Watercolor Kit is a one-time purchase. You pay once, and there are no recurring charges for the physical kit itself.
However, Tobio's Painting Academy is a separate digital service that may be purchased through a one-time payment or a recurring subscription, depending on the offer selected at checkout.
If you notice a recurring charge, please check your order confirmation to see whether you selected a Painting Academy subscription.
About the Painting Academy
The Painting Academy is our online painting community hosted on Skool. Depending on your selected offer, access may be provided through:
- One-time purchase: Pay once for lifetime Academy access, with no recurring subscription charges.
- 30-day free trial with monthly subscription: If you selected this offer with your Mini Watercolor Kit, your Academy access begins with a 30-day free trial. After the trial, monthly billing begins automatically unless you cancel.
The subscription price and billing details are displayed at checkout and included in your confirmation email.
How to check what you have
-
Open your order confirmation email to see everything you bought.
-
Enter the email you used at checkout in our subscription portal: https://tobioskits.com/apps/subscriptions/#/subscriptions/list
-
If your subscription appears in the portal, you can view its details and manage or cancel it there.
If no subscription appears, please check your order confirmation or contact our support team for assistance. If you subscribed directly through Skool, your membership is managed through Skool rather than Tobio's subscription portal.
