Painting Academy subscription payments are generally nonrefundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. If you tried to cancel before a renewal charge and were still billed, we'll refund that charge once your earlier cancellation attempt is verified.
How do I cancel? Cancel anytime in our Subscription Portal. Enter the email address you used at checkout, and we'll email you a login link: https://tobioskits.com/apps/subscriptions/#/subscriptions/list

Still in your free trial? If your Painting Academy option includes a free trial, monthly billing begins after the trial unless you cancel. Your trial length is shown in your order confirmation. See "Can I cancel the Painting Academy before my free trial ends?"
Charged after trying to cancel? Please email us at info@tobioshop.com with:
- The email address on your subscription.
- The date and amount of the charge.
- Your cancellation confirmation, or a screenshot of any error you saw.
Once your earlier cancellation attempt is verified, we'll refund the charges made after that first attempt. Charges made before your first cancellation attempt are not refundable under this exception. Once your refund is approved, we'll process it within 2–3 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect the funds.
Subscribed directly on Skool? Subscriptions bought directly on Skool are managed on Skool, so we can't cancel or change them for you. Please contact Skool Support for help with those.
