If you need to cancel your Tobio’s Academy subscription, you can do it anytime directly from your subscription portal. Just follow the steps below.
How to cancel your subscription
Option 1: Manage your subscription from your original email
When you first subscribed, you received an email titled “Your new subscription!”
In that email, you’ll find a “Manage Subscription” button.

Open the email titled “Your new subscription!”

Click the Manage Subscription button

You’ll be taken directly to your subscription portal, where you can cancel your subscription
Option 2: Access your subscription portal anytime
If you can’t find the original email, you can still access your subscription portal at any time:

Access your subscription portal
Visit the Subscription Portal page and enter the email address you used at checkout. You’ll receive a separate email with a secure link to your personal subscription portal.

Open the link from your email
Click the secure link in the email. This will take you directly to your subscription portal, no password required.

Cancel your subscription
Once inside the portal, you can cancel your subscription by clicking on the Cancel subscription button on the right-side menu (desktop) or scrolling down (mobile).
Follow the on-screen steps to confirm.
That’s it, your subscription will be canceled.
What happens after I cancel?

You’ll continue to have access to Tobio’s Academy until the end of your current billing period.

You won’t be charged again after cancellation.

No further action is needed on your side.
Didn’t receive the portal link?
If you don’t see the email:

Check your spam or promotions folder

Make sure you entered the same email used for your purchase
