You can check your subscription anytime in our subscription portal:
- Open the portal: https://tobioskits.com/apps/subscriptions/#/subscriptions/list
- Enter the email you used at checkout.
- Click the secure login link we email you.
- Your subscription status shows on the page. If it's cancelled, you won't be charged again.
Cancelling stops future charges. Charges already made generally aren't refundable. If you tried to cancel before a charge but were billed anyway, contact us and we'll check it.
Bought a kit only?
If your purchase didn't include a Painting Academy subscription, there's nothing to cancel, and the portal won't show a subscription for your email.
