That charge is most likely from Tobio’s Painting Academy. When you check out, you can add a free 30-day trial of the Academy to your order. Once the trial ends, it continues as a monthly subscription until you cancel.
Your order or subscription confirmation email shows the exact trial length, price, and billing date.
To stop future charges, cancel any time in our Subscription Portal:
https://tobioskits.com/apps/subscriptions/#/subscriptions/list
Enter the email you used at checkout, and we’ll send you a secure link to manage your subscription.
Tried to cancel and got an error? If you tried to cancel before your renewal date and the portal didn’t let you, email us at info@tobioshop.com. Please include your order number and a screenshot of the error, if you have one. We’ll cancel your subscription and refund that renewal charge.
