Our team will review your request and confirm whether your order can still be canceled.
When will I get my refund?
Once your refund is approved, we'll process it within 2–3 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect the funds. For more details, see our article "I cancelled my order. When will I get my refund?"
Already shipped?
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled through our standard cancellation process. After delivery, you can submit a return request through our Return Center, subject to our Return Policy:

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by you. An eligible approved full refund includes the original shipping charge and any Shipping Insurance fee.
