Yes! Under our voluntary 60-day return policy, you may request a return for eligible individual items, provided they are unused and meet our Return Policy requirements.
Items purchased as part of a bundle generally need to be returned together. Please check our Return Policy for eligibility and applicable conditions.
How it works
- Go to our Return Center and enter your order number and email: https://tobioskits.com/apps/parcelpanel-returns/
- Request a return for only the items you'd like to send back, with a photo of them.
- Once approved, you'll receive an RMA number, the return address and instructions.
- Ship the items within 7 days of approval, with the RMA inside, using a trackable method. Then add your tracking number in the Return Center.
Good to know
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging, components and identification stickers.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you.
- Your refund covers the items you return.
- Items purchased through special post-checkout offers may be linked to the original purchase. If you request a partial return, our team will review whether any related promotional items or discounts are affected.
When you'll get your refund
Once your returned items arrive, our team will inspect them, typically within 10 business days.
If your return is approved, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 2–3 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect the funds.

Our team will check whether the change is still possible. Cancellations and modifications aren't guaranteed once warehouse processing has started.
