How to request a delivery redirection

What if I sent a gift to the wrong address?
If you entered an incorrect address for a gift order, please contact the local carrier as soon as possible to ask whether delivery redirection or pickup is available.

What if my package is returned to the sender?
If the carrier cannot complete delivery and your package is being returned to the sender, please contact our support team.
We'll review the shipment status and advise you on the available options.
Are refunds or replacements available?
If incorrect shipping details were entered during checkout, the order may not be eligible for a free replacement or refund.
