Because of this, we’re unable to accept order cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed. This includes changes to items, quantities, shipping details, or cancelling part or all of an order.
If incorrect shipping information was provided at the time of check out, you will not be eligible for a replacement or a refund. However, if you purchased the Shipping Insurance, we will issue a replacement order for you free of charge.
