Please note that if you did not purchase Shipping Insurance and contact us after the 6-hour window, your parcel has likely already been processed and you may no longer be eligible for a replacement or refund.
If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to process any changes or redirections. If you purchased the Shipping Insurance, we will issue a replacement order for you free of charge.
