We can update your address. Contact us with your order number and your full corrected address:
- Full name
- Street and house number
- City
- Postal code
- Country
- Phone number
❌ Order already shipped?
Once your order has shipped, we can no longer change the address. You can find your local carrier and local tracking number on our tracking page, and contact the carrier directly. They may be able to redirect your parcel or hold it for pickup.
Please double-check your address at checkout: orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout aren't eligible for a replacement or refund, unless you purchased Shipping Insurance. In that case, we'll send you a free replacement.
