What happens next?

Approval: If approved, you'll receive an email containing your RMA number, return address, and return instructions.

Shipping: Ship your return within 7 days of approval, including your RMA number inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Tracking: Add your return tracking number in the Return Center.

Inspection and refund: Once your return arrives, our team will inspect the items. If your return meets our refund requirements, we'll process your refund according to our Return Policy. Please allow additional time for your payment provider to complete the refund.
Please do not send any items back before receiving your RMA number and return instructions, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
