1. Check your order confirmation
Look for the Beginner Workbook on your order, either in your kit option or as its own line. If it's there and you received a blank sketchbook, submit a request through our Return Center with your order details and a photo of what you received, ideally within 7 days of delivery: https://tobioskits.com/apps/parcelpanel-returns/
If our team confirms that you received the wrong item, we'll arrange to send the correct Beginner Workbook free of charge. You generally won't need to return the blank sketchbook unless our team requests it.
2. Order not fulfilled yet?
If you'd like to add the Beginner Workbook to an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Our team can review whether adding it is possible before fulfillment and confirm any additional costs. Changes are not guaranteed, especially once warehouse processing has started.
