I ordered the Beginner Workbook but it wasn't in my package

The Beginner Workbook is available as an add-on or as part of selected Watercolor Kit options. In some cases, it may be shipped separately from your kit.

Here are a few things you can check before reporting it as missing.

How to check your order

1. Review your order confirmation. Check whether the Beginner Workbook appears as a separate item or is included in your selected kit or bundle option.

2. Check your tracking information. Visit our tracking page to see whether your order has multiple shipments:

3. Check your packaging carefully. Workbooks may be packed flat underneath the kit or other packaging materials. Please check the entire shipping package before discarding it.

4. Check for separate deliveries. If your tracking information confirms that the workbook was shipped separately, follow the tracking details for that shipment.

Please note that items from the same order may arrive at different times, but separate shipping should not be assumed unless confirmed.

What if my Beginner Workbook is still missing?

If your order confirmation shows that the Beginner Workbook was included but you haven't received it, please contact our support team.

Provide:

• Your order number.

• A photo showing all the items you received.

• A brief explanation that the Beginner Workbook is missing.

• Any relevant tracking information, if available.

What if I received a blank sketchbook instead?

Our standard Watercolor Kit includes a blank cotton-paper sketchbook.

The Beginner Workbook is a separate product featuring pre-sketched pages designed to help beginners practice watercolor painting.

If your order included the Beginner Workbook but you received only the standard blank sketchbook, please report the issue through our Return Center:

Include your order number and clear photos of the items received.

Our team will review your selected kit configuration and determine whether an item is missing or incorrect.

What about themed workbooks?

If you ordered one of our themed workbooks and it wasn't included in your package, you can follow the same troubleshooting steps.
