Your order confirmation email shows the items and options selected at checkout. You can use it to check whether your order includes the Beginner Workbook.
How to check
- Open your order confirmation email. Can't find it? Search your inbox for "Tobio's" and check your spam or promotions folder.
- Look at the items. Check your selected kit option and any separately listed items to see whether the Beginner Workbook was included.
- Check the quantity. Workbooks are counted separately from kits, so 2 kits with 1 workbook means 1 workbook.
If you only see the kit with "Sketchbook", your kit comes with blank cotton-paper pages.

Your order includes the Beginner Workbook, but you received a blank sketchbook?
First, check your order confirmation to verify which kit option or bundle you purchased.
If you ordered a kit with the Beginner Workbook but received the wrong kit configuration, please submit a request through our Return Center with your order details and a clear photo of the items received, ideally within 7 days of delivery:
