How do I update the email, phone number or name on my order?

You can update your contact details while your order is still being processed.

Do it yourself

1. Go to https://tobioskits.com/account and log in with the email you used at checkout.
2. Open your order.
3. Scroll to "Is everything correct?" and update your contact information.

Why we need your phone number: our carrier needs it to deliver your parcel, so please make sure it's correct, including your country code.
