Caring for Your Jellyflow Lamp

Match the care advice to your actual product#

Jellyflow sells different products. The current rechargeable Floating Jellyfish Lamp and the separate water-filled Jellyfish Aquarium Lamp must not share filling or cleaning instructions. Use the order's product name, version and included manual. If these are already known, do not ask for them again.

Current rechargeable Floating Jellyfish Lamp#

The Standard and Wireless Remote versions are mechanical, USB-C rechargeable lamps with a head, tentacles, pole and platform base. There is no aquarium tank to fill or drain. Do not add water, rinse the lamp or apply aquarium water-care instructions.

For conservative exterior surface care, switch the lamp off and disconnect its charging cable before using a soft, dry cloth. Do not immerse electrical parts or open the casing. Follow the supplied manual for charging, storage and any deeper cleaning instructions. Do not invent a charge time, cleaning chemical, continuous-run limit or waterproof rating.

Jellyfish Aquarium Lamp and other models#

Confirm the exact aquarium or other product before discussing water, pumps, tanks, filling, additives or internal cleaning. Follow that product's own current manual. Instructions verified only for a different lamp are not an answer for this one. If the correct manual or care information is unavailable, support will need to check the product-specific instructions before advising further.

A product problem#

If there is damage, unusual heat, a damaged charging connection or another safety concern, stop using the affected product and contact support. For ordinary operation questions, describe the specific issue and include a short video only when it would help clarify what is happening. A support review is not a confirmed replacement or refund.
