Defective Product & Warranty Claims

If your Jellyflow lamp has a defect, we're here to help make it right.

30-Day Warranty

All Jellyflow lamps come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects.

What's Covered

  • Motor/pump failures
  • Electrical defects
  • LED lighting issues
  • Manufacturing defects in the tank or base

What's Not Covered

  • Damage from drops, impacts, or mishandling
  • Water damage from improper filling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from not following setup instructions

Within 30 Days of Delivery

If your lamp is defective within the warranty period:

  1. Contact us with your order number
  2. Describe the issue in detail
  3. Send a video showing the problem (this helps us diagnose the issue)
  4. We'll provide a replacement or refund

Outside 30-Day Warranty

If your lamp develops issues after 30 days:

  • Contact us and describe the issue
  • We may be able to offer troubleshooting assistance
  • Replacement parts may be available for purchase
  • We'll do our best to help, though warranty coverage no longer applies
