Defective Product & Warranty Claims

If your Jellyflow lamp has a defect, we are here to help review the issue and find the right solution.

30-Day Warranty

All Jellyflow lamps come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects.

What's Covered

  • Motor/pump failures
  • Electrical defects
  • LED lighting issues
  • Manufacturing defects in the tank or base

What's Not Covered

  • Damage from drops, impacts, or mishandling
  • Water damage from improper filling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from not following setup instructions

Within 30 Days of Delivery

If your lamp appears defective within the warranty period:

  1. Contact us with your order number if available.
  2. Describe the issue in detail.
  3. Send a short video showing the problem so our team can diagnose it.
  4. Our team will review and confirm the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Outside 30-Day Warranty

If your lamp develops issues after 30 days:

  • Contact us and describe the issue.
  • We may be able to offer troubleshooting assistance.
  • Replacement parts or goodwill options may be available depending on the case.
  • Warranty coverage no longer automatically applies, but we will still do our best to help.

Before Claiming a Defect

Please check our troubleshooting guides first. Many issues have simple solutions:

  • Lamp turning off unexpectedly
  • Jellyfish not floating properly
  • Tentacles not moving
  • Charging or remote issues

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Contact support with:

  • Order number if available
  • Date of delivery if known
  • Description of the defect
  • Video showing the issue
