Tentacles Not Moving
If your jellyfish lamp's tentacles aren't moving as expected, here are some things to check.
Quick Checks
- Tentacle attachment: Make sure tentacles are properly inserted into the holes under the jellyfish head
- Power: Ensure the lamp is turned on and has sufficient charge
- Remote settings (Remote model only): Check that tentacle movement is enabled via the remote control
For Remote Models
The remote control allows you to enable or disable tentacle movements. Make sure this feature is turned on.
