Regular Maintenance Water Level - Check water level monthly - Top up with distilled water only if needed - Never use tap water (minerals can cloud the tank) Cleaning the Tank - Clean the outside with a soft, dry cloth - For inside cleaning, drain the tank and rinse with distilled water - Avoid soap or cleaning chemicals inside the tank Jellyfish Care - Handle jellyfish gently when adjusting - If jellyfish become tangled, carefully separate them when lamp is off - Rinse jellyfish in distilled water if they become dirty Best Practices Placement - Keep on a stable, flat surface - Avoid direct sunlight (can cause algae growth) - Keep away from heat sources - Ensure adequate ventilation around the base Usage - It's safe to run your lamp for extended periods - Turn off occasionally to let the motor rest (a few hours per week) - Unplug during thunderstorms or when away for extended periods What to Avoid - Don't use tap water - minerals will cloud the tank - Don't add anything to the water - no soap, chemicals, or additives - Don't move while running - turn off before relocating - Don't overfill - leave some space at the top Water Looks Cloudy?
